Term of Use
This Terms of Service (the "Agreement") is made between us ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("you," or "your"), our customer. It explains your rights and responsibilities regarding the use of our mobile application, Addons Skins for Minecraft PE ("App").
Our Services
We provide access to our services, allowing you to use the App to install addons, skins, maps, and other content in your Minecraft Bedrock Edition (formerly Pocket Edition) game. Simply choose the content you prefer, and it will appear directly in your Minecraft world
Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the App. You also agree to comply with the terms of any third-party products or services accessed through the App.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. If changes are made, we may notify you, and your continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
Intellectual Property
All materials available in the App, including but not limited to software, designs, fonts, mods, textures, and other content ("Materials"), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use these Materials except as allowed under this Agreement.
You retain ownership of any content you create using our services. We do not claim ownership over your created content.
Your Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to follow this Agreement and any applicable third-party licenses. You are solely responsible for any content you create or use through the App.
Parental Guidance
If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making purchases through the Apple App Store. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring a minor’s use of the App, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, and downloads.
By allowing a minor to use the App, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to any related transactions.
Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated by either you or us. You may stop using the App at any time to end this Agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe that:
You violated these Terms;
Your use creates legal risk or harm to us or others.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will end immediately. However, sections related to Intellectual Property, Payment, Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers, and Privacy Policy will continue to apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or content resulting from your use of the App or inability to use the App.
Disclaimers and Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You use the App at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data.
Privacy Policy
We collect, store, and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be handled by the courts located in the defendant’s jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
Miscellaneous
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Agreement.
